Our Web Site and services, including all linked to or referenced documents and resources (collectively, the “Site”) are available for your use and enjoyment, but only on the condition that you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. YOUR ACCESS OR USE (“Use”) OF THE SITE SHALL SIGNIFY YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS.
This Site is controlled and operated within the United Kingdom. FREEDOM’S WAY makes no representations that the information and materials in this Site are appropriate for use outside of the United Kingdom.

6. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
All information You provide to Us must be true and accurate.
All pages within the Site and any materials made available on these pages for downloading are the property of FREEDOM’S WAY and/or its affiliates or other third parties. The Site and portions of the Site are protected by federal and international copyright and trademark laws. This Agreement does not grant any license to modify or alter the materials on the Site that are viewed, downloaded or otherwise accessed by you. You shall keep intact all proprietary notices, including copyright notices, contained on any downloadable materials and shall comply with any applicable end User license agreements. Any rights not expressly granted by this Agreement are reserved by FREEDOM’S WAY.
7. SYSTEM INTEGRITY
You may not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site. You may not take any action which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the system providing the Site.
8. DISCLOSURE OF CONTENT/MONITORING
Although FREEDOM’S WAY has no obligation to monitor any information provided to the Site by its Users, including without limitation, Your Information (as defined in the Privacy Policy), it reserves the right to monitor, retain, and disclose such information if required to do so by law or, in a good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal requirements, to respond to claims that any information violates the rights of third parties, or to protect the rights, property or personal safety of FREEDOM’S WAY, its Users or the public.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP
Any and all intellectual property rights associated with the Site including without limitation, any inventive concepts, know-how, publicity rights, trademarks, trade-dress, trade secrets, copyrights and patents (“Intellectual Property”) are the sole property of FREEDOM’S WAY or its third party licensors. Except as otherwise expressly authorised by this Agreement, You may not copy, reproduce, modify, lease, loan, sell, create derivative works from, upload, transmit, or distribute the Intellectual Property of the Site in any way without FREEDOM’S WAY or the appropriate third party’s prior written permission.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & WARRANTIES
THE SITE IS PROVIDED AS IS. FREEDOM’S WAY, IT’S OFFICERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF, IN CONNECTION WITH OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY (I) AS A PUBLISHER OF INFORMATION, (II) AS A RESELLER OF ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, (III) FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, (IV) FOR ANY INCORRECT OR INACCURATE INFORMATION, (V) INFRINGEMENT, (VI) FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, (VII) FOR STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE, OR (VIII) FOR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THIS SITE OR ANY LINKED SITE. THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF GOOD WILL, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, COST OF PROCURING SUBSTITUTE GOODS, SERVICES OR INFORMATION, LITIGATION OR THE LIKE), WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF THE USER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE PRODUCTS, INFORMATION AND SERVICES OFFERED ON AND THROUGH THIS SITE WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS.
BECAUSE THE LAWS OF SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW FOR THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES OR JURISDICTIONS LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the sole and entire maximum liability of FREEDOM’S WAY, its officers, agents, suppliers and its affiliates for any reason, and your sole and exclusive remedy for any cause or claim whatsoever related to this Site or the products and services provided herein, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for any product, information or service purchased by you which is subject to the dispute.

FREEDOM’S WAY is not responsible for such provisions, and expressly disclaims any and all liability related to such provisions.
FREEDOM’S WAY hereby incorporates herein, by this reference, the FREEDOM’S WAY Privacy Policy into these terms.
12. MODIFICATIONS
FREEDOM’S WAY may, at any time, and without notice, modify, update, or otherwise change the terms of these terms or the Site, and you agree to be bound by such changes. Accordingly, we encourage you to visit the Site from time to time to review the current version of the Agreement.
13. TERMINATION
You agree that FREEDOM’S WAY, in its sole discretion, may terminate your use of the Site, and remove and discard any content within the Site, for any reason. FREEDOM’S WAY may also, in its sole discretion, at any time, discontinue providing the Site, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that FREEDOM’S WAY shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Site.

Because FREEDOM’S WAY has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that FREEDOM’S WAY is not responsible for the availability of such external site, or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that FREEDOM’S WAY shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caUsed or alleged to be caUsed by or in connection with Use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or SiteS available on or through any such site or resOurce.
FREEDOM’S WAY reserves the right to stop or disable any caching, links or frames within or to its Site.
15. COMPLETE AGREEMENT
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FREEDOM’S WAY with respect to use of the Site, superseding any other agreement between you and FREEDOM’S WAY. The provisions which by their nature should survive termination of this Agreement shall so survive. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia without reference to conflict of laws principles, and shall be deemed to be executed in Georgia. Any claim dispute or controversy (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) against FREEDOM’S WAY, its officers, agents, employees or affiliates arising from or relating to this (“Agreement”), the products or services or this Site shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administrated by the National Arbitration Forum exclusively in Atlanta, Georgia. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the other provisions shall still remain in full force and effect.
