Specifically, this statement applies to our online collection, use and disclosure of personal information in The Isle of Man, which is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (“the Freedom’s Way market”).  YOUR PRIVACY IS INTRINSICALLY IMPORTANT TO US.

Personal Information We Collect

Freedom’s Way and its agents and representatives collect personal information in a number of circumstances in order to operate the Site.

Personal Information we collect includes:

• Name, address, email address, telephone number, cell phone number and other business and/or residential contact information;
• Financial information such as credit card or bank account numbers and other financial information required to complete a transaction;
• Transactional information based on your activities on the Site (including bids, purchases and shipping information);
• Information or comments you provide to us on the Site or otherwise or that you provide to others via the Site;
• Registration information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the Site, and other information, including IP address and standard web log information; and
• Such other information we may collect with consent or as permitted or required by law.
• Answer and feedback Data collected through our various online analysis, driver, and holographic products. We believe the value and enjoyment you get from using our products and services will increase as the depth of analysis and feedback we provide. One of the reasons Freedom’s Way Interactive is exciting is that the more people who use our software, the more useful it becomes due to our ability to provide greater depth of feedback and analysis. We believe that the value and usefulness of our products and services to you will only continue to grow as use of our products and services increases. For instance, your data and data of your fellow users will help us to refine the questions we ask, the feedback we provide, and the way we communicate it. We may also provide features that allow you to see where you stand against the results of other users with similar demographics with your consent.

 

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

We take reasonable measures to ensure that your personal information collected, used, disclosed or otherwise processed by affiliates and third parties is protected and not used or disclosed for purposes other than as directed by us, subject to requirements in foreign jurisdictions applicable to those organizations.

We will not be responsible or otherwise liable for any use or disclosure of your contact information by a third party to whom we are allowed to disclose your contact information under this privacy statement.

Account Information
